Job Summary:

This role involves reconciling and collecting accounts for Blitt and Gaines P.C. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of collections industry rules, regulations, and litigation processes. They will be responsible for assessing customer needs, resolving issues, and managing daily tasks such as handling inbound and outbound calls, recovering past due payments, and updating consumer file information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills to resolve consumer issues and build working relationships with consumers and attorneys.
  • Collections: Recover past due payments on accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and confirm consumer information.
  • Account Management: Update consumer file information, notate accounts, and process payments.
Requirements:
  • Computer Skills: Ability to work multiple systems and computer software.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to interact with consumers and attorneys.
