Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks on steel pipe using advanced welding equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Measure and plan layouts accurately
  • Set up welding machinery according to precise specifications
  • Execute welding operations using semi-automatic equipment in various positions
  • Ensure equipment is maintained in a safe and efficient condition
  • Conduct quality tests on all welds
  • Perform manual welding to address any leaks identified during quality checks
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of welding experience
  • Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
  • Pipe welding certifications are advantageous
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and good attendance are crucial
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with team members
  • Capability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods
  • Must pass a drug screening
