Relationship Building Agent

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Relationship Advocate to join our team at ImOn Communications. As a rapidly growing company, we offer opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
In this role, you will provide technical support to current and potential customers through our customer care contact center. You will be responsible for resolving general service inquiries, account changes, billing information, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide general service inquiries, account changes, billing information, and technical issues assistance to customers.
- Demonstrate active listening and effective communication to ensure a mutual understanding of customer concerns.
- Represent ImOn Communications in a positive, professional, and ethical manner, working to exceed customer expectations while minimizing further escalation.
Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years customer service experience in a high-contact environment.
- Proficient PC skills, including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
Salary Range:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and life/disability insurance.
