Location: Bridgeport, CT

Position Overview:

As a Cannabis Retail Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the seamless operation of our dispensary while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cannabis products, strong leadership abilities, and a genuine passion for the industry. You will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and motivating team members, as well as managing customer transactions and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional team support and customer service with a focus on compliance.
  • Input customer and order details into the point-of-sale system; process payments and finalize transactions.
  • Oversee inventory management and cash reconciliation processes.
  • Conduct consultations for new customers as required.
  • Ensure adherence to the Adult Use Marijuana Program rules and regulations.
  • Uphold compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Collaborate with managers across departments to maintain smooth dispensary operations.
  • Stay informed about state and local laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a willingness to learn about cannabis products.
  • Previous experience as a Budtender is required.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of navigating point-of-sale systems.
  • Must have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to successfully pass an annual background check.
  • Eligibility for agent registration card approval from the DCP.
  • Capability to move throughout the dispensary and handle various equipment and computer systems.
