Job Opportunity: General Manager at McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality

McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the operations of Joann's Fine Foods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing financial performance, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the restaurant team in achieving high standards of service, quality, and profitability
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations
  • Uphold the restaurant's standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in a fine dining restaurant or high-end hospitality establishment
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, wine and beverage programs, and culinary trends
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving profitability
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions and handle stressful situations
