Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Denali Staffing Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, compliance, and employee development activities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, compliance, and employee development. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
    2. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
    3. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Compliance:
    1. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements and best practices.
    3. Conduct regular audits of HR policies and practices to ensure compliance.
  3. Employee Development:
    1. Design and implement training and development programs for employees.
    2. Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
    3. Identify and address employee development needs.
