The Role:

As a Dishwasher, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen, ensuring seamless operations during peak service times.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment.
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, including the dishwashing station, sinks, and storage areas, in a clean and organized state.
  • Support kitchen staff by providing a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils during peak service periods.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes to customers.
  • Show flexibility in assisting other areas of the restaurant as needed, including food preparation, stocking supplies, and general cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume dishwashing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including paid sick time, employee meals, employee assistance program, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
