Job Title: Account Manager/Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager/Director to join our team at Trigger House LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our account team, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day functions of the account team, including learning and upholding company processes and supporting the career development of team members.
  • Leverage industry knowledge and available research to become a trusted expert on client business, brands, competition, and consumers.
  • Stay up to date on industry and technology trends, delivering fresh ideas and perspectives to the company.
  • Create and track project statuses across inter-agency teams.
  • Oversee regular communications with clients, partners, and vendors, with an emphasis on effective communication, strong work relationships, and goal-oriented output.
  • Prepare and monitor detailed program agreements, changes to scopes, timelines, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Ensure that all programs are completed to the highest quality within agreed-upon budgets and timelines.
  • Travel as needed to support client programming, which may include non-traditional hours, holidays, and weekends.

Requirements:

  • A strong and assertive leader who motivates, delegates, and mediates effectively, while maintaining respect for others and prioritizing company and client objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that lead to excellent internal staff and client relations.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively implement company processes, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with established guidelines.
  • Four-year college degree. Minimum of eight years experience in experiential marketing, event management, and/or project management. Previous agency experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience managing cross-functional teams. Ability to track and manage multi-million dollar budgets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to comprehend requests accurately and respond in a professional, timely, and productive manner.
  • A strong interest in and solid understanding of branded experiences and social media.
  • Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Google Suite.

What We Offer:

  • A hybrid schedule with three days in the Portsmouth, NH office (T-Th) and two days working remotely.
  • Occasional weekend and holiday work may be required.
  • Up to 25% travel required.
