Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador Supervisor to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading by example, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experiential Retail
    • Partner with the Store Manager to integrate our experiential retail pillars: Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovation.
    • Drive continuous elevation of our customer experience, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all decisions.
    • Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team.
    • Use creativity to set team challenges and create an engaging interactive experience in store.
    • Track and measure sales results throughout the day, being adaptable and flexible to stay on track.
  • Inspirational Team Management
    • Partner with the Store Manager to provide support, mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the team.
    • Be a clear and confident communicator, comfortable with delivering feedback to the team at all levels.
    • Recognize and celebrate team achievements and identify development opportunities in the team.
    • Cultivate an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual support.
  • Operational & Brand Loyalty Excellence
    • Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
    • Effectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed.
    • Ensure the team actively opts customers into our loyalty program to build a loyal regular customer base.
