Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily activities and ensure all guests are engaged and participating.
  • Responsible for the safety and security of all children participating in Paintbox programs and activities.
  • Set up and clean up daily programs, including theme days.
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure accurate sign-in and release forms.
  • Post charges to rooms and credit cards.
  • Communicate daily craft and activity information to children and parents.
  • Handle reservation requests and phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Maintain relationships with past and future guests through pre/post visit correspondence.
  • Work varying schedules to reflect business needs and attend mandatory training sessions.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children.
  • Valid CPR/First Aid Certification.

Please note that most tasks are performed outdoors in variable weather conditions. The employee is required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
