Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant's equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on our fryers, including daily oil filter changes and cleaning.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Unload delivery trucks and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Take out and empty trash compactors, change light bulbs, and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roofs.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant.
