Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of immigration cases, including removal defense and family-based immigration petitions. They will also be expected to represent clients in immigration court and before the Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of immigration cases, including removal defense and family-based immigration petitions.
  • Client Representation: Represent clients in immigration court and before the Board of Immigration Appeals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal assistants to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on case progress.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Education: A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
