Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Autism Care Partners in Worcester, MA. This is a temporary full-time position with the possibility of transitioning to our Ludlow/Amherst centers in the future.

About the Role

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care that promote communication, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify communication needs and develop treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based treatments, including the Visual Immersion System, to promote language development and communication skills
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to report progress and challenges, and provide opportunities for them to be involved in the treatment process
  • Document patient care accurately and complete necessary billing and administrative tasks
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in speech-language pathology
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • State license in Speech-Language Pathology (dependent on locations conducting therapy)
  • Proficiency in the field of autism/developmental disabilities
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows
