Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Attend meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting student achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • A valid Wisconsin State SLP License is required, along with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
