Job Title: Registered Nurse Psychiatric

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Psychiatric to join our team at MetroWest Medical Center in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse Psychiatric, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with psychiatric needs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Massachusetts.
  • BLS certification.
  • Experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
