The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating orthopedic-related injuries, as well as proficiency in reading x-rays and suturing. Additionally, they should be licensed by the State of Texas and have the ability to perform technical skills and critical thinking outlined in the performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat patients with orthopedic-related injuries
  • Read and interpret x-rays
  • Suture wounds
  • Treat patients with eye debris

Requirements:

  • DEA and/or DOT Certified
  • Licensed by the State of Texas
  • Ability to perform technical skills and critical thinking outlined in the performance standards

Benefits:

  • Base salary of $250,000 - $300,000
  • 10.5% annual bonus paid monthly based on KPIs
