Job Title: Self-Insurance Compliance Risk Analyst

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Self-Insurance Compliance Risk Analyst to join our team in Bloomington, MN. As a key member of our Aon Global Risk Consultant Group, you will play a critical role in empowering results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare workers' compensation self-insurance filings and auto rental limited lines licensing and auto liability self-insurance filings.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of state self-insurance filings and patient compensation fund compliance.
  • Review data reports from numerous RMIS and claims systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Meet multiple deadlines and log information in databases to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and provide guidance to clients on compliance matters.
  • Assist with the sale and cross-selling of compliance products and work in a team environment to achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of business experience, with self-insurance compliance experience preferred but not required.
  • General office and math skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access, as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Claim data reporting skills, with proficiency in Risk Console, STARS, e-Carma, Risktrac, Juris, or ESIS preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, and time management skills are necessary.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
