Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optometrist to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As an Optometrist Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and leading our team to achieve clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Clinical Excellence: Ensure the highest quality patient care by performing clinical protocols and maximizing results.
  • Partner with MOD and Store Team: Collaborate with the MOD and store team to execute operational excellence and achieve winning results.
  • Drive Patient Satisfaction: Deliver excellent service and exceed patient expectations by addressing their visual lifestyle needs and making eyewear recommendations.
  • Conduct Regular Training: Provide effective training and guidance to team members, leveraging company-provided programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain State Licensure: Ensure state licensure is maintained in good standing and practice to the full scope of that license, responsible for maintaining continuing education requirements.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry: Possess a Doctor of Optometry degree.
  • Commitment to Quality Patient Care: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and achieving clinical excellence.
  • Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively listen and address patient concerns.
  • Knowledge of Current Optometric Theory and Technology: Stay up-to-date with current optometric theory and technology, with a strong understanding of the latest advancements in the field.
