Job Summary

At Bridge Technologies and Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Architectural team, you will work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop a comprehensive understanding of our client's strategy, processes, and information technology assets. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our ongoing business security requirements and underlying infrastructure remain aligned through the creation and execution of a security road map.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with our presales team to drive growth in the region and contribute to proposals and strategy to drive deals related to security transformation in multiple domains from Design, Build, and Operate phases
• Collaborate directly with key customer stakeholders, including the CISO/CTO/CIO, and/or the customer's architecture lead
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with these stakeholders to become a trusted partner
• Serve as a Senior Thought Leader and establish strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the Security Services portfolio
• Review and analyze current security technology infrastructure and its ability to support dynamic strategic corporate objectives
• Identify and propose specific security strategies, initiatives, and remediation plans to maintain alignment between the delivery infrastructure and corporate objectives
• Define the Innovation, Security Architecture, and associated Security roadmaps that deliver against the business objectives
• Support the development of business security requirements definition, business case, and high-level program implementation plans
• Translate client business issues/opportunities into security solution/business requirements
• Support client executives in the preparation of business cases to clearly demonstrate ROI for security initiatives
• Act as a Thought Leader for the client's business goals and vision via regular in-person and written communications with the client executives, department heads, and end users

Requirements

• Strong delivery background with a lead technical role on significant network & system security projects
• Business requirements analysis and support for solutions/business architects
• Production of detailed infrastructure designs, including physical and virtual aspects of security components
• Definition of appropriate delivery, governance, and transition methodologies
• Significant team leadership experience, either through direct line management or within a project capacity
• Design and architecture expertise in at least three of the following network security domains: application FWs, network FWs, IDP/IPS, Cloud Security Services, Vulnerability Scanners, PT, Identity & Access Management, Governance and Analytics
• Good general knowledge and expertise of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, WAN, LAN)
• Experience of multi-vendor, managed outsourcing environments
• Experience working with operational environments following ITIL frameworks
• Strong personal time management skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills (technical and non-technical)
• Good eye for detail, including the ability to constructively review team deliverables, including documentation
• Professional qualifications such as ITIL v3, Project Management Professional (PMP), CISSP or equivalent, CISM, GIAC, SABSA, TOGAF
