Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Oncology Programs Manager to join our team at Caris Life Sciences. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing high-visibility projects that drive transformative change in the precision oncology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • EHR Integration Management: Lead projects to complete EHR integrations with priority accounts, ensuring seamless workflows and compliance with our ordering requirements.
  • Point of Care Solutions: Develop and implement solutions that optimize precision oncology workflows at health systems, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Data Feeds: Guide the return of molecular data to clients, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with Caris policies and initiatives.
  • Molecular Oncology Operations: Oversee operational projects that improve the quality of precision oncology care delivered by accounts, including Molecular Tumor Board operations and co-branding initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain external relationships with stakeholders at client organizations, providing high-level customer service and strategic insights.
  • Application Integration and Partnerships: Facilitate discussions with third-party applications to optimize client experiences with our molecular results, creating mutually beneficial collaborations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of relevant precision medicine or healthcare project management experience.
  • Strong experience with delivering presentations and coordinating with high-level health system leadership.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Zoom.
  • General experience in oncology care, precision medicine, molecular oncology, or hospital administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or significant precision medicine experience.
  • Experience with informatics or data projects related to molecular results.
  • Certification or experience with project management disciplines, such as Six Sigma or PMP.
  • Leadership role at a health system in research administration, bioinformatics, informatics, or precision medicine.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and travel approximately 50-75% of the time.
