Dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Wanted

At Soliant, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. With a minimum of 1+ years of speech therapy experience, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Job Requirements- We require a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- A valid ILSpeech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is necessary.
- PREFERRED school-based experience or pediatric experience is desired.
- A strong understanding of child development and speech-language pathology best practices is essential.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy as necessary.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers regarding speech and language interventions in the classroom.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student educational plans.
- Educate staff and parents on speech-language strategies and tools for use at school and home.
This role offers a $65,000 - $85,000 per year salary package, which includes comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. We strive to create a supportive school environment that fosters growth and success for all students and staff.
