At ABS Kids, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll play a vital role in helping children with autism spectrum disorder and their families achieve their goals.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to support each child's unique needs
  • Collect and analyze data to inform progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
  • Provide support and guidance to help children develop essential life skills, such as motor skills, personal hygiene, and social-emotional skills
What We're Looking For:
  • A passion for working with children and families
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work afternoon hours, including 8a-1p, 9a-2p, or 8a-5p shifts
