Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes are up to company standards
  • Conduct exterior maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Assist with grounds maintenance and upkeep of the apartment community
  • Perform drywall repairs and painting of interior walls
  • Replace light fixtures, electrical outlets/switches, plumbing fixtures, and other appliances as needed
  • Install new bathroom vanities and hardware, and replace laminate countertops and refinish cabinets
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure proper function of apartment homes before new residents move in
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the painter trade, with multiple skills within the paint trade
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, residential maintenance, and installation of appliances
  • Experience with residential remodeling and renovation
  • Ability to meet critical timelines and work independently or in teams
  • Strong work ethic, driven, and dedicated attitude
  • Reliable transportation and ownership of basic hand tools
