Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in Lancaster, PA. This full-time position provides the opportunity to work closely with students, helping them overcome speech and language challenges in a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
  • Track and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license or ability to obtain one.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
