The Program

Our internship program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a global pharmaceutical company.

For ten weeks, interns will work closely with experienced industry professionals, contributing to the line of business by providing sustainable and meaningful project work.

The program includes instructor-led trainings, a leadership engagement series, and insightful lunch and learns.

Scope of Position

The IT Systems Engineer Intern will play a vital role in performing site network management and troubleshooting, ensuring the stability and reliability of the organization's network infrastructure.

The intern will also be responsible for creating and executing essential IT system documentation required for daily operation and compliance.

Additionally, the intern will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance system performance and security.

Accountabilities

The intern will be responsible for conducting research, gathering and analyzing data, preparing and reviewing documents, reports, and presentations.

The intern will also learn and support relevant processes, standards, and policies, and apply and adhere to all Standard Operating Processes (SOPs), policies, and environmental, health, and safety requirements.

The intern will work with, observe, assist, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and participate in team meetings, complete assigned trainings, and meet and network with other interns.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this internship, candidates must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, or a related discipline.

Candidates should have a strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, and possess strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and across functional lines.

Candidates should also demonstrate personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
