About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Particle Dynamics, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities, including electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations by providing technical expertise and maintenance support to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Actively troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical and mechanical systems, working closely with contractors as needed.
  • Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance systems to minimize downtime and optimize system reliability.
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems to improve functionality, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Perform in-house calibrations and complete documentation to meet cGMP requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a planned, proactive maintenance environment.
  • Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, including HVAC and industrial process control equipment.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with multiple disciplines.
  • Ability to perform vigorous physical activity, including climbing and walking the plant.
