A skilled Commercial Caulker is needed to ensure the watertightness and energy efficiency of commercial buildings in Temple, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare surfaces before applying caulking materials to ensure proper adhesion.
  • Apply caulking and sealants to joints, cracks, and other areas to prevent water, air, and debris infiltration.
  • Inspect joints and seals for gaps or defects and reapply or repair as necessary to maintain the highest standards.
  • Work closely with other trades, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain tools and equipment and ensure that work areas are clean and free of debris after completing the job.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in caulking, sealant application, or similar construction role, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Osha 10 certified.
  • Must have own tools.
