At Novant Health, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a leader in patient care, you will be responsible for establishing a personalized relationship with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or a comforting peaceful death.

The successful candidate will utilize the best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey. This includes accepting responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.

Key qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or GED, a 4-year bachelor's degree preferred, and a current RN licensure in the appropriate state. Previous experience in cardiac care and knowledge of EKG rhythms are also required.
