  • Prepare and submit project reports, including attendance and work reports, to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics and arrangements for project-related activities.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Supervise and motivate project staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in project coordination or operations management.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts and weekends, as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in project coordination or operations management is an added advantage.
