Master Data Analyst

One of our top clients in the transportation industry is looking for a Master Data Analyst to join their team Candidates must have experience managing Master Data, working with data sets in the millions, and experience with Azure as well. This is a great opportunity to work in tandem with the Data Engineer and mature our client's data efforts as they continue to grow. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite. Only candidates currently local to St. Louis will be considered at this time. Interviews will be onsite and relocation is not an option.

Must Haves:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in data management and analysis, including familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms.
- Experience managing data sets in the millions
- Experience managing master data
- Microsoft Azure experience
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Certifications in data management or related areas are a plus.
- Knowledge of data governance principles, data integration processes, and relevant regulations like GDPR or HIPAA is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, data quality management tools, and database management systems. Industry-specific data domain knowledge (product data, customer data, etc.) is a plus.
