Job Overview

Fiamma Pizza is seeking a detail-oriented Dishwasher to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Washing and Sanitizing: Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Trash and Recycling: Remove trash, compostable, and recycling materials from designated containers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Supply Management: Restock tools and supplies for the next shift by moving equipment and supplies between storage and work areas.
  • Food Preparation and Storage: Assist line cooks in properly prepping, storing, and dating food, and help with additional tasks as needed during slower business periods.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous knowledge of food service regulations and guidelines is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 30+ pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

$17.28/hour + Tips (tips typically range from $4.50 - $7 per hour), generous meal discounts.
