Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance and companionship to assigned clients, promoting their physical, social, and emotional well-being.
  • Promote clients' quality of life through meaningful activities and conversations, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Transport clients as needed, providing safe and reliable transportation.
  • Follow care plans and instructions, communicating effectively with the Sage Home Care Manager and other team members.
  • Complete daily shift reports, documenting client interactions and care provided.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience working with a Home Care agency, with a focus on senior care.
  • Experience working with clients with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Passion for working with seniors to improve their quality of life.
