Position Overview:
This role is essential for delivering routine and specialized cleaning services across the hospital, including patient areas, administrative offices, corridors, flooring, and public spaces as assigned, ensuring the facility remains sanitary, secure, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:


Conduct daily cleaning operations in designated areas, which may include washing ceilings and walls, mopping corridors, staircases, and public spaces, as well as washing, waxing, and vacuuming floors.

Utilize manual, battery-operated, and electric cleaning equipment; operate mechanical floor cleaners, polishers, scrubbers, and vacuums; maintain and clean equipment in janitorial closets; monitor assigned areas and equipment for necessary repairs and report to the supervisor.

As required, collect and dispose of garbage, waste, soiled linens, and trash in accordance with established procedures.

Collaborate with the Supervisor and Project Planner on office relocations, moving furniture and other items as necessary.

Adhere to standard safety protocols, utilizing personal protective equipment as mandated.



COMPENSATION SUMMARY:

The stated base pay range reflects a good faith estimate of potential base pay for a successful full-time candidate. This may be adjusted in the future and is eligible for additional compensation components. Pay is influenced by factors such as experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contractual agreements.
