Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to enhance guest experiences.
  • Perform floor maintenance, including mopping, sweeping, stripping, grinding, and polishing marble surfaces.
  • Vacuum carpets to maintain cleanliness.
  • Ensure public restrooms are clean and well-stocked.
  • Clean ground-level windows to uphold property aesthetics.
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor when interacting with colleagues, guests, and property staff.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Seek assistance from supervisors or team members when necessary.
  • Be receptive to coaching and feedback, demonstrating a commitment to improvement.
  • Work during weekends and holidays as required.
  • Serve as a role model for fellow employees at The Service Companies.

Requirements: Successful candidates must pass a clear drug screening, fingerprinting, and background check.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must meet the company's and clients' appearance standards.
  • Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and utilize cleaning chemicals safely.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Capability to perform all duties as needed, with or without accommodations.
