Job SummaryThe Group Facilitator will be responsible for conducting patient intakes, participating in treatment team planning, and performing crisis intervention. You will also assist patients and families in dealing with personal and social problems, provide supportive counseling, and serve as a liaison for social services.

- Associates degree in a social services related field from an accredited college or university
- Two years of experience in a Social Services Tech 1 position
- Two years' experience in Behavioral/Mental Health Field
- At least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work with patients of all ages
- Bachelor's degree in a social services related field from an accredited college or university
- Three years work experience in Behavioral Health/Mental Health field
