Motorcycle Detailer

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Motorcycle Detailer to join our team at Ricart Automotive. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our motorcycles are presented in showroom condition.

• Detail and clean motorcycles to the highest standards, ensuring a flawless finish and exceptional presentation.
• Deliver motorcycles to customers using our delivery truck, providing a safe and secure transportation experience.
• Perform scratch and chip repairs as required, using your technical skills and attention to detail.
• Complete paperwork and move motorcycles to the staging area, ensuring seamless communication with our sales team.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized service department, including the general facilities and equipment.
• Operate a forklift to safely move motorcycles and shipping crates/skids to designated areas.
• Assist with new motorcycle un-crating and set-up, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.

• Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community is a plus.
• Ability to relate with a broad customer base, providing personalized service and support.
• High energy level and strong work ethic.
• Excellent math, customer service, and personal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all areas of the dealership to maximize both the buying experience for the customer and the dealership's profitability.
