About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Motorcycle Detailer. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' motorcycles are in pristine condition, both inside and out.

Responsibilities
  • Detail and prepare motorcycles for sale or delivery, including washing, polishing, and making any necessary repairs.
  • Operate a forklift to safely move motorcycles and shipping crates/skids to designated areas.
  • Assist with new motorcycle un-crating and set-up, as well as motorcycle transport and delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Passion for the motorcycling lifestyle and riding community is a plus.
  • Ability to relate with a broad customer base and provide excellent personal communication.
  • High energy level and ability to work effectively with all areas of the dealership.
