Award-winning search firm GPAC is seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Sales Team Lead to manage their growing service division. This position offers a competitive base salary, tremendous room for growth, autonomy, and the opportunity to earn massive commissions.

As a Commercial Roofing Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for communicating with customers, technicians, and management, as well as hiring, training, and mentoring technicians. You will create goals, help with development, and hold staff meetings.

You will be responsible for safety audits and production schedules, quotes and tenders for maintenance, repairs, and mechanical upgrades, and oversee customer invoices and accounts receivable. Additionally, you will work on weekly work orders and bid sheets to establish workload and fluctuations, and track finances of work and provide progress reports.

The successful candidate will have 3 years of supervisory experience in commercial roofing, strong management and leadership skills, knowledge of commercial roofing products, standards, and industry, and 360-degree communication with customers, management, peers, and direct reports. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

The compensation package includes a base salary depending on experience, an aggressive bonus/commissions plan, a retirement plan, and company equipment.
