  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain any government required licenses, certificates, or permits.
  • Grooming: Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Cipriani standards.
Working Conditions

The Barback will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Physical Demands
  • Standing/Walking: Stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent movement between the bar and other areas of the restaurant.
  • Lifting/Carrying: Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier objects.
  • Bending/Stooping: Bend and stoop to perform tasks such as cleaning and restocking supplies.
Language Skills

The Barback must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace, which is English.
