The Insurance Operations Support Associate plays a crucial role in the Insurance Services division, providing essential support for customer policies and ensuring high-quality service for policyholders and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update vendor reports.
- Review and manage mailings for aged and paid-up policies.
- Oversee Document Indexing for remote operations.
- Access web-based communication and respond to customer inquiries.
- Evaluate and address incoming correspondence.
- Process duplicate policies for both old and current products.
- Handle address modifications for existing policies.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with strong computer skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service is essential.

Work Schedule
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is between $40,000 and $42,000.
