Job Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining and operating all equipment, including air compressors, HVAC systems, and the ammonia refrigeration system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Operate and monitor the ammonia refrigeration system to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing filters and belts, to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Relevant experience in HVAC maintenance and repair preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a variety of environments, including extreme temperatures and humidity levels.
