Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Patient Care Associate to join our team at Providence Seaside Hospital. As a Patient Care Associate, you will provide transportation, companionship, and assistance to program-eligible clients, ensuring their safety and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-focused care and a willingness to work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport clients within Clatsop County and to medical appointments in Portland or Longview as needed
  • Provide companionship and assistance to clients, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Support the Volunteer Coordinator in the Volunteer Services office as needed
  • Comply with all state laws and requirements for driving, providing proof of driver's license and auto insurance upon request
Requirements
  • 5 years of driving experience
  • Experience transporting clients (preferred)
