- Financial Management: Utilize financial management through appropriate fiscal monitoring of resources, equipment, and supplies, identifying staffing levels needed to provide safe, quality patient care.
- Leadership and Development: Develop, implement, and support changes in process that support quality improvement, excellent patient care, and financial responsibility, serving as a professional resource to patients, families, physicians, and staff.
- Staff Management: Hire, lead, mentor, develop, and evaluate staff in a manner that promotes engagement, productivity, and ensures competencies, conducting individual and team goal setting, performance planning, and evaluation.
- Change Management: Facilitate change and participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of goals, objectives, and quality management activities, seeking and utilizing input from staff affected by change.
