We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coach to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a critical role in the development and growth of our nursing staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct oversight and guidance to new nurses during their orientation period
- Assist in the development of new graduate and new-to-specialty nurses, helping them transition from novice to competent nurses in their area of specialty
- Coach and encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication among nursing staff
- Participate in orientee meetings and provide feedback to orientees and unit leadership
- Coordinate orientees' schedules to accommodate classes, testing, competency validation, and other orientation-based events
- At least 5 years of recent RN experience in ED Nursing
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from a CCNE-accredited school
- Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nursing license, or Compact State licensure
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification
