Your Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing Department of Transportation (DOT) and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing
  • Preparing patients for physical examinations, including taking vital signs and any required or requested ancillary testing
  • Assisting providers during examination and treatment
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with patients and colleagues

You will also be responsible for maintaining a neat and clean appearance throughout the facility, as well as participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
