Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Facilities and Maintenance team to perform repairs, adjustments, and daily maintenance of machines used for inserting mail into envelopes.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Train operators on the proper use of tools and materials to ensure efficient production processes.
  • Work closely with Mailing Supervisors to identify underperforming machines and implement corrective actions.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance or a related field

Physical Demands

This role requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects up to 25 pounds in weight, as well as occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of objects up to 50 pounds in weight. Employees will be on their feet for extended periods and will be required to move frequently. This position also involves constant handling of direct mail products and frequent reaching outwards or above the shoulders.
