Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles in accordance with dealership standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure accurate estimates and timely completion of repairs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • ASE Certification or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Strong knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
