**POSITION OVERVIEW** Partner ESI is seeking to recruit Sustainability Coordinators to join our energy consulting division. This position entails engaging in technical project tasks associated with ESG consulting, energy evaluations, Green Building Certification initiatives, and additional related activities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

  • Assist in various sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives by performing analyses, audits, and data gathering.
  • Analyze utility billing data for energy assessments and reporting objectives.
  • Support research, documentation, and client communication for effective project management.
  • Contribute to report preparation, editing, and the maintenance of project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, mission, vision, and core values.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
  • Visual acuity for reading printed and digital materials.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt work hours to meet project timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

**COMPENSATION PACKAGE**

Salary range: $55,000 to $70,000. Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including skills, experience, and organizational needs. Please note that the disclosed salary range is not adjusted for location.

Eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus program based on performance metrics.
