Job Overview

The role of a Print Technician involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the effective operation of printing processes. This position requires extensive travel and a high level of technical expertise in flexographic printing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform demonstrations and acceptances of printing equipment and products.
  • Facilitate training sessions for customers, staff, and vendors on product usage.
  • Identify and resolve printing and application challenges in collaboration with clients.
  • Conduct print tests to support customer needs and engineering efforts.
  • Engage with customers, engineering, and manufacturing teams to address printing-related inquiries.
  • Participate in trade shows and assist in showcasing new products.
  • Support the development of new products by validating designs and field fixes.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of customer experience through improved processes.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A proven track record of producing high-quality outputs using company machinery.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of narrow web flexographic printing.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
Education and Experience

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in the flexographic printing sector.

Work Environment
