Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to maintain a quick pace for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Requirement to obtain and maintain airport security clearance, including background checks and drug screening.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Proficiency in using electronic tools to interpret flight schedules and airline information.
  • Basic mathematical skills for tasks such as counting baggage and verifying cargo weights.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Capability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and one of the following documents:
    • Original or certified birth certificate
    • Unexpired US Passport
    • Permanent Resident Card
    • Unexpired US Territory Passport and I-94
  • Airport SIDA Badge Requirements:
    • Employees must obtain a SIDA badge from the airport authority and maintain good standing to retain this badge. Please refer to the SIDA Badge Requirements document for comprehensive details.

Physical Demands:

All team members are expected to regularly lift up to 75 pounds and perform tasks that may require working in various physical positions.
